"My dear, former CO moldymonk, it has come to my attention that you've been citing grievances with the [BDC] guild. Unfortunately, after deffering to the 'Big Book of Superflous UIT Beauracracy'(tm) I've discovered that about half of [BDC]'s infractions are outside of the UIT sphere of juristiction by aproximately 5 meters. Considering the rest of their infractions are fairly minor, they are in for little more than a few hefty fines. However, I did manage to pull some strings, and Union Peacekeeping is on their way to issue wrist-slaps to [BDC] promptly.
