Because apparently we "don't enforce our list"

Itan does not have a KOS list. We don't need to have a list of people to kill, as most of us are smart enough to, you know, remember who people are. Also guildchat lets other people know who assholes are. Plus saying "KOS" doesn't mean anything because there's no difference between dislike-and-shoot-without-warning and KOS. Its stupid that anyone thinks there's a need for these lists
