For reasons that remain classified, SKV has officially transfered custody of Dr. Lecter to the ITAN guild. His location is as of yet unknown by those outside ITAN.

Today, at an unspecified time and location, SKV officers transfered custody of Lecter to ITAN officers for detention at an unspecified location, for an unspecified duration.

After a facts-finding investigation of unknown duration, proofs, testimonies and commentaries will be gathered in preparation for a trial set for a later date.

No one outside SKV officers and ITAN officers & councils are allowed to see and interview Lecter for the time being. Lecter will be granted 5 (five) messages to find a lawyer and then confined to his detention area where ITAN will relay messages on a need-to basis.

To control Lecter's behavior, he will be put on a strict vegetables & grains diet with water and fruit juices. Once per week, if he behaves, he'll be given a shot of Itan liquor.

It is not in ITAN's policy to inflict undue corporal punishment nor to inflict pain or despair in unnecessary measures.
