In Your Honor
Death sat in his ship readying every thing, thinking back on his life.
He had always wanted to stop the war. At first he was lead to believe the Itani had in fact started the war. Later on in his life he became an Itani and found them to be far from the evil race he had first thought they where.
He was then lead to believe that the Serco nation was the aggressors and instigators of the great war. Sadly he did not see the truth that both sides shared equal blame till to late.
For you see, he was one of the few Itani to be invited from the outside to join The Order Of Akan. It was a great honor and at the time he thought the Serco were warmongers so he saw no reason not to. Sadly there is often more to a story then what is first seen. For Death Maker this lesson was not learned till after he was an assassin of Akan.
It was only after he joined that he learned you never leave Akan, at least not alive. As he moved on with his other life he made friends, reasons for him to live. He found him self stuck in some thing he did not condone nor want a part of.
He looked over his programs one last time before leaving his ship for the last time. A few extensive hacks had allowed him access to the TPG news nets. He would be releasing all his personal logs, a final farewell, and a small song as he died.
He chuckled to himself as he slowly checked every thing on his body one last time. Yes death, oh how funny that it would come now, he thought he would live forever. He always had a back up plan, some people said he was lucky, he just told them he was smart.
This time however his friends we're gone and he had nothing to lose, and so much to gain. As he had found working with the Order they did not seek peace or and end to the war, they only sought one thing and that was a pure Itani race.
A race with out any UIT or Serco nations. This was not peace it was genocide, and Death Maker would not allow it to happen any more.
"Time to die." Death said to him self as he threaded the small detonator down the right self of his robes, and he drew them on snug over his body. Looking up from his garments he packed his face for one last time in to the mask he had grown to hate so much.
They had asked him to kill Bojan, a peaceful, energetic leader, and he was to die. The worst part was if Death had not done the job Puck would have done it. That is if Puck had lived.
Death grinned as he thought of the body lying in a pool of blood back on Deneb.
"He should have killed me in space there he would have at least stood a chance." Death muttered as he strapped on his Akanese assassins sword and walked out of his ship.
He thought about how even this would not end Akan, but he hoped it would make others act.
Some times it takes a great sacrifice to cause action, he thought as he strode purposefully to the small compound on Itan where The Order was holding an emergency council about SKV.
The door opened slowly as the guards inside saw his garments and knew he was part of The Order. Once it opened Death moved knowing he had little time. In one long graceful motion he drew his sword and killed both the highly trained Akanese guards before they even saw it coming.
Flicking the blood of his blade he walked in to the conference room, where the 11 council members and the Abbot of The Order sat. The room was silent as he launched his sword into the middle of the table ending all discussion.
"Death Maker! Why are..." The a council member started to say only to be cut off as Death Maker removed his robe reviling his augmented body and the bombs packed in to every space possible.
Reaching up with his left hand reviling a face well known he spoke.
"My name is not Death Maker and I am your tool no more. I am Borb, and I am BLAK."
Borb grinned as he pushed the button in his right hand. He had made sure to mix and match his bombs, antipersonnel bombs sent out shrapnel as heavier bomb spewed forth concussions that rocked the building apart.
As he felt his body being ripped apart he slowly started sing the song that was now playing on commnets all over space. A song he sung to every one that strove for the peace he now died for.
Can you hear me
Hear me screamin'
Breaking in the muted skies
This thunder heart
Like bombs beating
Echoing a thousand miles
Mine is yours and yours is mine
There is no divide
In your honor
I would die tonight
Mine is yours and yours is mine
I will sacrifice
In your honor
I would die tonight
For you to feel alive
Can you feel me
Feel me breathing
One last breathe before I close my eyes
This suffering
For receiving
Deliver me into the other side
For you to feel alive
For you to feel alive
For you to feel alive
He grinned as his body disintegrated, now he was free, his only hope was that one day every one else to could be free.

Yes well at 1813 GST I died on Itan in an explosion that killed the current leaders of Akan. While I know my actions to stop evil will not end it I can only hope that in my death others will see there is hope. One man or woman can do great things if only they commit to it.
To all those who I knew and who will miss me I am sorry I must leave you, but I must do what I must do as should you with any thing you will face in life.
The song you are hearing is by and old earth band named Foo Fighters and is called In Your Honor.
Oh yeah and to Mystic, thanks for all the beer. If I had known all it took was letting you mess with my ship and act like I was really drunk to get free beer I would have done it along time ago.
You guys still living from BLAK, keep on, once a BLAK always a BLAK. We can not be stopped even in death we're BLAK.
Smit, don't worry man one day you too may be as good with the womens as me, though you may want to start off with getting rid of that sissy boy Itani face...
Miharu, don't spend it all in one place, a shoping spree like that could kill ya.
And to the rest of y'all, well don't get to cocky, I may be gone and I may be one of a kind but I'm sure some one will come along that is sorta like me so watch out. There will always be god guys around to pick up the slack when one of us goes away.

I guess in light of some confusion on why I'm leaving will explain things.
First off no I'm not leaving VO cus of Arolte. Personally and if me and him where the only guys playing VO I would most likely never have a problem with him. I think he has killed me a total of 2 times, I enjoyed playing his own game with him and running or what ever he likes to call it. I enjoyed out smarting him, I knew he wanted to get me to log and I would not allow that to happen. I had no problem with him on a personal level.
I am leaving because Arolte is the symptom of a much bigger problem a problem I feel was being put on the back burner. So having exhausted all other options with out resolving the problem I leave in the hope that it will demonstrate the necessity of fixing things.
VO is one of the best games I have ever played, and I personally would like to see it become great, if my leaving is needed to help VO grow to what it can become then I gladly leave.
So here's to a better VO.

For what it's worth I didn't want to get you to log. Sorry if you felt that way but it's an inaccurate statement. But for everything else, point taken. No hatred towards you or anyone.

Hehe well you know log stop what I was doing what ever, I just know I enjoyed losing you in storms and stuff. It's not often a pirate gets to run from some on trying to gank em.

The death of Borb The Second aka Death Maker reached Ghost at SKV headquarters. They had lost another pilot. While he did not approve of Borb's methods and mourned the loss of Itani life, Borb's actions had opened the window for SKV. With the Order of Akan in temporary dissaray, SKV had time to step up and fill their gap with a less genocidal goal: to win the fight against the Serco but in the end to co-exist with them peacefully. Skygge Vakter needed to find more skilled pilots, and quickly.

Recent events have led to the deconstruction of the latest sect of the Order.
By council order, I have been released.

A-Dawg fell back in his chair, shocked at the news of Borb's death. Borb and him had gone way back. He could remember him and Borb duelling EC-88's before they even had they're first combat licenses. How they had even made a trek or two down to greyspace, the place Borb would eventually become so well reveered in.
A-Dawg knew it was pointless to get revenge, it was impossible. It was no ones fault, but it was everyones. Two nations kept warring with eatchother over and over, there would be no end, and when there would be, there would be no clear victor. A-Dawg sat back as a tear came down his cheek. He pushed back his emotions and strapped himself in to the crash netting of his SVG. He knew Borb would not want a funerual, but A-Dawg felt like returning to Sol II anyway. Try to catch up with some of Borb's many friends, try to make amends.
[OOC] Have fun Borb in what ever you persue. Hopefully you'll be back in VO in one incarnation or another.
