Border Patrol HA-7331x has repeatedly killed me for no reason in b8. I would like that this report be sent to the proper authorities and the situation dealt with swiftly.

I have reason to believe the BP was attempting to save many unsuspecting noobs from this impostor. Who? me? intentionally attacks higher level players in B8 in hopes of reducing their combat xp. Be warned, when spotting this character in B8, be wary and keep your distance. Do not attempt to apprehend this person. The Viper Guild has temporarily dispatched the guilds banker "Viper's Cash Cow" to combat this individual if the need arises. BP needs to be commended for their efforts in making the 'sacrifice' and relieving many individuals from grief in the hot sector of Sedina B8.

Border Patrol HA-7331x is the Commander of the Border Patrol guild, so s/he would actually BE the proper authority, as far as the Border Patrol guild goes.
