I dont fight like an alpha (I didnt really, in alpha) so how am I a vet? I can deal with being beat be someone who is beta, or even new without having to insult/ignore said people, recently fighting a few vets as an alt im ashamed. (alt = new account, no badges)

my tacticts may have been lame and boring, sorry you feel that, but you were flying AGT proms, how boring can you get? I remeber fights being more precise in alpha, fights lasting 30 mins before a hit...

Yeah I know where yoda is coming from. In many circles "vet" has become almost a bad word. But I'm sure that's just me and oda...

If you really want to lose the Alpha badge, why not cancel your current account. Create a new account and persona and start anew? No one to judge you on old grievences. Kind of like the witness protection program.

Actually paedric, if it was my actions I was basing this off, then that would have already been done (and as I have already leveled a char that doesent have the badge, well, it wouldnt take me long). Yoda, as someone who got here two weeks too late to have a beta badge and rather poor flying skills, let me just say this: Wear it with pride. You have had the chance to assist in the development and culture here. There will always be better pilots and there will always be jackasses, use that badge to put them in their place and preserve the quality gameplay that I have come to expect and respect.

I'm also proud that im prepared to fly into UIT/Itani space, and while under attack by various defence forces, explain to somebody how this game works.
