I want to be the first to congratulate "Renegade ++RIP++" on his breaking the record for the number of cargo deliveries. "mr_spuck" held the old record with about 450. As we speak "Renegade ++RIP++" is aproching 500cu delivered.

Me thanks jess, but would like to make the remark that without some of the help that he received from multiple sides it would not have been possible. It is so hard when your the only one serco online and have to defend agaisnt 4 hostiles :( trying to get your cargo. Or when your the only one attacking and have to get past 4 itani defenders (with some of them being top notch pilots). Especially seeing I'm not that good in it at all :(, but I'm learnign and htat is hte idean ain't it.
Anyway, I sacrificed a lot of time to get this far and was hoping that my effort would help the serco in reaching one more victory. If it happens I'll be happy, if it doesn't, then I have at least done my best and I can't expect more of myself. It would however be nice if on times the distribution between sercos and itanis is more even and you don't feel as if your the only one defending. But that is not something I can solve or even the devs can completely solve. but I have an idea and will try it out starting next week. This will also mean that I will not have hte time to go for ctc next week in that timeframe as I was doing now (every day online for 14 - 18 hours and doing nothign but ctc). I know I kinda turned my real life on the side for this week and will also have to do pretty big amends next week (so have fun you guys/girls).
But I hope it shows what sercos have to do for it to actually be able to win, and I don't know if many itanis wouldn't prefer to say to hell with it then like some of our old timers did if the tables were turned.
Anyway, I want to thank spuck for being a good sport and helping me out along the way in breaking his own record (nice spucky ;)). I also want to thank baronfek, jess, harpo, sun tzu, bojan Itan and naturally niki and other defenders to keep it slightly interesting but not to impossible (although niki can make hittign a transport near impossible :().
but like always, I don't want to say anything about this untill the Lady serco has sung. (and I denounce everybody that even dares to call her fat...)
And to finish, once again a great thanks to yoda, lin, relayer, spuck (again ;)), evoli, kihjin, A-Dwagh, Syberfly,Iongar, MysticRogue, Undertaker, rath and any of the others that I might have inadvertently forgot for the help they offered. And no there is no order of gratitude within it ;).

Graig, I play to have fun, which is why I don't do CtC apart from when I feel like it. this is pretty much the sentiment of most people who know what CtC is and don't do it anymore.

I don't want to take away from your amazing victory this week but I would like a couple of facts known:
1. I noticed a lack of Itani CtC players on line this week. You had almost no competition for Itani cargo. And except for rare instances not many people attacked the Serco convoy.
2. I know you already said you didn't win alone, but you had a lot of help from Serco, UIT and BLAK (Black Lance) players this week. Hopefully this proves that the Serco (with help) are more then capable of wining CtC if they want to.
3. If you didn't play this week the Serco would have still won. You really didn't have to kill yourself. If you check the final score you'll see what I mean.
By the way. I play as a Serco usually, not an Itani. Your win was amazing but I want us all to keep it in prospective, because we'll have to fight harder next week, especially if the Itani actually put up a fight and show up for CtC.

1) there was a lack of itani players online ay, but if you kept a tab on the serco players you noticed that on many occasions it was only me online. Meaning that it was only me that did the defending and the attacking. I got a lot of cargo the first day because people underestimated my little cent flying behind them., even so hard that as soon as they shot down the cargoship I ws thee and took the cargo right before their noses. And like I said it was no exception that it was me vs 2 - 3 people during the entire week. And this is the way it always is. I wonder how you would do if at any time of the day you are outgunned, outskilld, outlucked and some more outs and you have to stay late just to catch that 1 extra cargoship to pull ahead. Not to mention that many of these players where ctc veterans (check scores from their ctc attempts in last week). But I will admit that ctc was less of importanc eto htem in th ebeginning (untill they noticed I kept on going... and my tally was around 250 whle theirs was around 70 or so)
2) Most people that helped me helped ME not serco(or at least it seemed so in that regard). I had to go long ways to convince some people to give another shot to ctc just so I could get the record that I set forward. And many itani pilots considered that record to be unmanageable. The only thing this proves once again is that Serco can win if they are fully dedicated and onbsessed with CTC (which I hope you noticed that I was a bit), and that that obsession is the reason why you don't see many of the old serco players play ctc. It became a HAD to do in stead of its FUN to do. Not to mention that it actually once again shows that which ships are great at it and which aren't. I did practically all my captures in a cent mk2. In nothing else. Later on I took a prom and flew it behind spucky that was taking out transport after transport in a VALK. Any of the other ships just didn't have the oumph to get the same result. But in my opinion a serco/neutral should not use a valk in ctc. It should be instant KOS. But it does however prove that transports need to go slower to give heavy ships a chance in defense and agression. I also want to make a notice that most of th eones above 450 come from the itani not even trying to defend untill very very late (or maybe they wanted us to have this win, I have no clue... or maybe they just liked the effort I had done and wanted me to be rewarded in some kind no clue what so ever)
3) Well sorry to say but I don't believe that, my biggest amount has only been build up during the last day (went from 400 to 650+) and that was from itanis not participating. If they had participated it would have been way way way closer... I'm sure of this.
Like I said, please don't take this win as a reason to say that ctc is fine, since it isn't and I would feel violated if anybody would deem it otherwise. Our side needs more people so that we also can have a population doing ctc on occasion in stead of having to do ALLWAYS ctc just to stand a chance to compete.
But sorry guys, like I said I'm taking a breather(of 1 week at least) as is spuck (so he told me) actually. But I will be back, but be not so obsessed with it anymore. But I will try to do my best to help the sercos.

On the topic of BLAK (Black Lance Assassins of Kraz) helping out in CtC and only doing it for money I would just like to stat that I for one did not help out at all last week for money. I did it:
A) Cuz I was board at b 8 and it sounded fun
B) I had a friend who needed some N3s
C) I saw Sercos helping them self's and wanted them (him?) to succeed
D) And lastly cuz I'm BLAK and I'll do what ever I want when ever I want and how ever I want Ooh-Ra!
Just did not want any missunderstandings, though this does not change any thing if any itani want to win this week and want an extra gun I'm avaible for a price. :D
