has anyone used or concidered using a moth for pirating?

i expect it would be dificult because you would have a hard time catching anyone. but if you have an unladen moth you could probably catch a loaded moth.

Tramshed and Gavan have been experimenting extensively with using these in combat scenarios.

But mostly we just bring these along for the ride.

(Note: Tram has happened upon a ship layout which both catches and wastes Moths SOLO!, :) you're not as safe as you think)

let's not forget that it can take out a prom if in the right hands...

note, tram will find a ship that flies backwards, shoots proms with ease, mines well and is well-suited for general trading. at this point, I wouldn't be suprised. :-)

yea but shape would still kill him in PvP just because he wouldn't see if coming if for no other reason, how he can appear out of nowhere like that when he doesn't even appear on my radar I would really like to know...

lol, I usually get shape the first fight with my unusual combos, after that he learns and stomps me. The centaur of doom just might make a comeback. (make plasdevs HURT)

Hehe, I might be able to stomp some of the unusual combos. But its been a long time since I've fought tram outside of said combos. Tram can be a nasty light-fighter pilot
