Ode to my Nav Computer

Nav Computer I love you so,
yet you think where pirates hang is where I need to go.

When making a 5 jump bulk delivery
you think +8000m out is the place I need to be.

When flying from system to system I am quite glad,
until an Ion storm is what you think needs to be had.

I come in to a system at full speed,
and an asteroid is what you think I need.

I fly around and around, and will not stop,
until look there's an asteroid and I go pop.

Dentek and Artimus collectors are ok,
then all of a sudden Ion storm, Mr. Guardian, and death I must pay.

I yell, I scream, kick you if I could,
please oh please can't you be good?

And fly on I will continue to do,
because, my sweet little Nav computer,
I would be lost in this vacuum called space
without you.......
