You will be muted for 24 hours. I included this info in the description when I muted you. I actually did include the duration in the description, and that info should have appeared to you in white text as you were muted. Perhaps you'd logged off by then, or perhaps it got cut off. I'll check it out.

Cool. I was going to add that it might actually be less than 24 hours because I'll have to unmute you manually - but now I'm thinking the point has been made and I'll unmute you when I get home (4:30-ish PST). You don't need to be on to be unmuted.

There should probably be some sort of counter or persistent notice involved in a muting. Again, the guide commands are a bit spartan. I'll suggest it.
