That's what he's saying. For a beginner just starting PvP, he's going to be lost no matter what weapon he uses - or may even be hurt by all the botting. The longer you PvP, the more comfortable you get using certain weapons in PvP scenarios, so what you choose makes more of a difference than what the beginner chooses.
