There are several design decission about the nations.

Itanis shall/will have the best ships in game. (quote Incarnate: "The IBG should basically be the best Cent, since it's an Itani design and all.")

UIT will have advantage in trading and mining. (sorry no quote, but it was in the -In Progress- during introducing the mining)

Where exactly is the serco advantage you are planning? I never found anything about it here at the webside. My guess is perhaps best weapon designs? (because that seems to be the only thing left)
