I thought this could be amusing.

I challenge Serco and mostly the SAF to do the CtC for a week using just buses, maybe just the EC88 and EC98.

It could make the week very interesting and amusing, there may be lots of bus kills scored and could be a good challenge for the Serco while the Itani sort out their organization. After all there may not be an opportunity to try it later when the Itani do become more sort themselves out.

During that week I will not attempt to pirate anyone in a bus as well.

Hummm, nice idea martin! I jut don't think the serco would be willing to fly around in regular buses, maybe axia buses. I'd like to see this and in reality, a good vet could kick butt in a bus, I've seen it.

hmmm, the only problem with EC-88's is that they just cant keep up with the transport, (hell i can barely keep up with the silly thing in an infinibost warthog at 220 some days), and not all of us have access to the axia bus.

perhaps using nothing but the basic versions of the ships, no MkII's or MkIII's, no faction variants. No matter how it goes, I'm going to be working on factions this week, (i dont have the axia bus yet)

The only problem would be keeping up with them yeah - they are silly fast (need slowing down a bit really)

I CtCed in an EC-88 for a while, it was surprisingly effective.

I think for amusement and fun it'd be better for you guys to use EC-88, but I also realize you basically sacrificing CtC could be hard, so I think most itani would be okay with only the use of basic varient ships.

i don't think everyone will accept the challenge, namely incessant missile spammers

This isnt pvp, its ctc, think war, and all is fair in war.... (do you see some kind of geneva convention in place? because if you do, why shoot the medic?, for two days i equipped nothing more than repair gun as soon as vet itani pilots realised, they shot me)

And as for the the origional post, IMHO the itani trans has a boost speed of 200, how the hell is an ec88 supposed to catch that past pelatus?

it would be for the itani amusement and fun (and some sercos' as well), but remember, serco are not obligated to do anything special if they don't want to :)
