Granted, I've only been playing for a few days, but I have not even seen another player in space yet. Am I all alone in newb land far from the real action or is it just that there isn't too much action yet?

Really hoping things pickup the farther I get out there because this is such an awesome implementation so far. Can't wait to see how cool it can get.

You're way away from the action in n00bland. Most of the real action takes place in the gray space on your map.

but don't go there unless you have at least a couple of 100k to waste.

It can become expesnive to get out of the warzone :D

A lot of the larger PvP battles revolve around Capture the Cargo (CtC). There's info about CtC in the sticky thread FAQ 2.0a. Also, when the NPC Capital Ship gets reintroduced here in the next little while, there will no doubt be lots of action surrounding it.

Sednia B8 is a great spot for a fight. (or to watch one) There is almost always somthing going on there.

Sedina / Latos wormholes are places to go for action. just remember that PvP requires real skills and not levels or the right ship or anything else. you will get whacked. you have been warned. :-)

(on the other hand, I got Yoda to 12%. I'll live on that until the next big fight.)

And rember some times the only thing that can save you is 25k... ;)

25k is a very good way to stop certain players trying to kill you.

Just had a battle between itani and serco (about 12 players total at biggest point)... lots of fun (except for those swarms but that'll be fixed... sometime).
It was in sedina B8 (WH to latos sector).
