I just downloaded the game, and my password does not work. I signed up for the trial offer. I can get online here and change the password but can not start the game because it does not accept it. Any help?

I found out what I was doing wrong. A thought, when I first started the game, it displayed my name, first and last were the username goes. When registering, my last name was not asked for. Question, how was this information obtained?

It grabs the Windows Registration name, you must have put your real name in that when you registered Windows.

what if you use mac or linux? :D

I believe in Linux it also grabs your username.

And Mac stores a "long" username along with your short (Linux) username, like Linux does.

Yeah, it'd probably be better not to use the operating system login name at all and leave the field blank instead when you first start up. It seemed to make sense to me at the time, but that was a long time ago.
