so I just d/l'ed the program... but I can't seem to log on, or figure out how to sign up

You log on with the account name you specified when you signed up, which is "karmypolitics", and the password you used on the signup page.

If you forgot what the password was, you can click "Log Out" on the left, click "Log In", enter your account name, and hit the "Forgot Password" button which will email you a URL you can use to change it.

Check your email on the Account Info page to make sure it is correct before logging out :).
