Ya! Get your own symbol! $ was originally a "S" over a "P" (or vice versa) for "Spanish Pesos" which were legal tender in the early days of the U.S.

lol it is a lengthy history isnt it. Good review overall. Gave a positive impression about the game. The only things I can think of off hand that want in there was piracy (new players should be warned about that aspect), some detail about future plans, and the size of the game (all the many sectors and systems).

As I said it's just a hobby really, although the advertising eventually adds up. Anyway thanks for your feedback, I didn't really get as far into the game with the 8 hour trial to be effected by piracy so thats why it didn't factor in, I gave a little mention about future plans but I probably should have stated that 'more details are available on the site.'

yeah you should probably add the thing about piracy. Not to drag on the issue but alot of newbs complain about it.

Very nice review though. Who knows VO might get some costumers b/c of that review.

It's a good write-up (would that all 14-year-olds wrote so well). I would recommend putting the lot through a spell checker, as the large number of spelling errors hurt the article's credibility.

Overall I thought that it was a fair review that gave a good impression of the game. It didn't sound biased like anything any of the loyal testers would write :P

All in all, im biased, as i have been here ages, nice review...

It needs explaining more that people can and do shoot people here, i think a lot of people are logging on with the *park your self here, train for 16+ hours, gain a ship* thing, vendetta is not - you need skill, and its a real skill based kinda game, regardless of ship / weapons....
