This is a thread to post about new medals or weapons you've seen in this Update.

For starters there's a new battery, I have no clue how to get it.
Secondly there's of course new mining beams (again I don't know much about these).
There are at least 2 PvP medals for less than 130 kills (don't know how many kills for each of them, probably 25,50 or something).
There is a PvP BUS medal for 50 bus PvP kills (duels and kills against someone you're grouped with don't count). The reward for this is a pretty EC-107 bus, with 2 small ports, a sleek 3700kg (lightest non valk by 100kg), 6800 hull (better than any other bus), and of course a heavy engine (210N thrust, 200m/s turbo, 65m/s cruising speed).

If you complete all 120 prospecting missions you get a medal (you got a black box before the update) and you can buy at least one new mining beam. ViciousNanite and I are still shopping around.

I saw 4 new mining beams for specific ores. I am level 8 in mining.

Doesn't seem to be too much special for me, at 260+ kills... I guess 500 is the next spot.

This new battery seems interesting though.

I should probably go looking more though.

EC-107 here I come. Expect to see me in an Axia bus much more often now :)

kills against an EC-88 also dont count for the bus medal apparently eldrad.

the combat medals are at 25 pvp kills and 100 pvp kills and give better railguns.

Under certain circumstances (bus kills? maybe 120 kills for one nation?) a nation places a bounty on your head. If you get killed by a bounty hunter, you loose 5% skills.

stock bus pvp? or does using an axia bus (assuming you can get one) work too?

maybe it'll catch up at my next kill (haven't killed anyone since 1.1.5)

The numbers for some of the medals don't carry over from before. They are stored differently. Some other medals use the old info though.
