Actually, any guide should be able to enter the info now.
Just request a guide and they can do it for you. They will also make sure there's no objectionable content on there.

I think right now, the only guides are Forum Moderater/Whistler and ctishman/Ku Genin. It would be nice to have a list of guides with contact info though.

The other guides are: Criterion, Freekill, Lodestone, RelayeR, Mists, and Obsidian. This is not a complete list as some folks have player characters and guide characters.

Oh yeah, you could also probably email one of us too.

What's the field size limit on the description? 255 characters?

I added VPR and used what info I could find. Check it out. I'm unsure what the limit is, but I didn't hit it. Watch this space for an email address for me. I can't view the player guild page as you would, so it may be a bit hinky as far as spacing.
