As Commander how do I demote a Lieutenant....We tried a Council vote and it said only Commander can decomission a Lieutenant...what is the command to do that? Theres nothing listed...and How is a Vote started, and how many Council need to vote (many are MIA).....Also why only 2 Lieutenants...we have almost 200 members (only 20% active) and could use more recruiters....Is there a way to appoint Council as well?
