I really like this game and I appreciate all the hard work that's gone into it. I am having a difiicult time with the higher level bots because they gang up on me and I have no chance. I would like to get better at combat but at the rate I'm going it could take years. If I could get some advice on what to do(I may not be doing things right or maybe not good enough)I would relly appreciate it. Thanks again for all the work you've done, it's a GREAT JOB!

In my experience, if I run away out to the edges of the sector, usually only 2 or 3 bots follow me. And then I can strafe around to keep them close to each other so their shots are easier to dodge than if they were spread apart.

I haven't played since the AI was improved, but back when the game was still Beta, the best way to kill multiple bots was to jet around, get a bunch to follow you and then, in one of the very agile ships, face them, charge, and fire off a few volleys of rockets. can take out a few at a time if you place the shots in the right place.
