I'm postin this in regards to a nice dueling practice we had today.
Serco have been winning the CTC every time they put their mind to it, and we need more available itani and UIT PvPers to roam Grey space.

So, I'm suggesting that everyone who is interested reply to this. Depending on numbers I might host a tournament when the lesson is done. Prizes etc... to be doled out of Shape's "Philanthropy" fund. (I pay well).

Impromptu meetings are likely, so Reply here, and I can check if you guys are online.

I would also like to have other teachers from time to time: Eldrad, Asp, Niki, etc... listenin?

PvP is fun, but in order to fight the Elites of each nation, its gonna take a bit of practice.

Currently I want to hold it in Divinia, since that way n00bs will not be in danger. And we won't have to worry about organized interruption.

Hopefully, the serco will do the same, perhaps we can get some real squadrons together.

I'd be very interested in this. Will the training be generic - i.e. in a bus, or will it be specific to different craft?

On the other hand I can teach how to dodge flairs and still engage in the fight (does anyone use flairs anymore?)

ed. That's what I figured Starfisher ... my one superior pvp skill down the drain. Well, I guess I need to spring for combat 4 or whatever and get some neut III's. I just don't know if I can kill another bot without my head exploding.

Flares got nerfed by the weight addition... so not really.

I wouldn't mind participating, but I would also be interested/willing to part with some of my large cash reserves to help out with the prize fund - the more the better, right?

I'd find this handy for making the jump from bots to players, or at least to better bots.

Energy Vult vs. Flare Valk is one of my favorite dogfight scenarios. I'd love to help out/get some practice in.

Bored: training was not generic last night. we had various ships. Mostly it was vulture practice, but there was a hog as well, the more people we get, the more we can specialize.

lowguppy: my hunch is that once you have a good way to PvP (i.e. a flexible use of your ship, adaptable) you'll be able to come up with a good way to bot

Phaserlight: :) I don't know if that scenario is really playable anymore, but we can configure our group and ships to however the Devs adjust the balance. Might be an interesting test group for configurations

anyone, if everyone could post their ingame names, it would be good. Some of you I know, :) but not everyone has an identical handle and account name.

I'd like to try this, as it's been reccomended that I work on my dodging. I'm "smittens" (same as account) but I'm not sure how often I'll be able to do this as I'm often following potential guild members, taking out or protecting convoys. I hope this is okay?

I go by Shermian Ignatzio in game, but at somepoint make a LOW Guppy Pilot.
