have to add my congratulations. i went right through a asteroid with a hole in it and the bot followed me like a little puppy dog

Heh. There isn't any pathfinding yet (it's disabled for some, um, code maintenance). I just fixed a bug with travelling through space in the absence of an actual path.

Congrats on the not pathfinding! Still awesome, fighting bots inside big roids (and them actually fighting back, rather than trying to fly through the roid) is the pie ;o)

The last time i could 'land' on roids and the bots didnt shoot me. Now, if i land on an roid, the bots didn't start shooting, instead they BUMP ME AWAY and THEN start shooting... ROTFL!

Yeah, if the bots are actually fighting you, they usually don't do anything terribly stupid.. but if they're trying to go someplace, then they can get stuck in er, local minima.
