The Itani transport goes from Bractus to Divina, and the Serco transport goes from Sedina to Pyronis (through Initros). You will probably want to be somewhere near those systems before they leave, or you won't be able to catch them. Conveniently, there is an announcement 5 minutes before they leave on the channels mentioned by roguelazer. Also, you should be aware that you lose standing from either nation if you kill their transport or any bots defending it (even though it is grey space) so if you do a lot of CtC you will probably eventually become KOS for one side.

Of course, if you already belong to a side then you're KOS for the other side anyways.

Not necessarily, fistfullast331. I'm Itani, and I don't consider anyone, Serco or otherwise, KOS. As long as you don't take hostile action, you're safe from me. But I will kill you if you attack my convoys.
