The Pay-By-Cash option is now available. PayPal works through this option.

It actually takes longer with paypal through this, a direct paypal would be nice.

We may end up doing that, for the moment we're using PayByCash because they actually have a support staff to help handle any problems that come up, and because it insulates us from paypal fraud problems. And that was really the biggest thing.. there's a much higher incidence of fraud over paypal than there is over other methods of payment (like credit cards).
