When I look at the cool "Featured Screenshots" I notice GUI elements which do not appear in my game.
That is the "bounty" information and the numbers in the radar-displays. Is this because I am using a Mac client or am I missing anything else?

Bounties were taken out of the game, for exploitable/greifing reasons i presume.

The client does look very much the same OS nonwithstanding. The interface is a moving target and recently (last week) changed yet a bit. Long story short, the featured screenshots show what it used to look like once upon a time...

yes, but this raises the question... where are all the new-universe screensots?? all the third-party coverage of this game I've seen has all used these ancient screens that no longer represent the current state of the game. There are lots of cool new things that potential players may not ever see, at this point..

The devs have been too busy doing other stuff to change the screenshots. Devs, are you guys taking player-made screenshots?

I have lots of new screenshots to post, I just haven't had a chance to post them yet. It's part of my overall website redux that's in process right now. The shots that have gone out to reviewing websites have all been new ones.
