All characters who do not have an associated pre-order key, or have not purchased time online on this website, will be RESET at midnight CST (one hour from now). There has been some confusion about this, even amongst the dev team. Be advised, the ability to start your character Early (a day in advance) was a pre-order benefit.

If you have ordered the game on GameStop but NOT received your pre-order key from them, email andy@guildsoftware.com as soon as possible.
