This includes the "pre-order" flag to gain the "extra in-game benefits" we've mentioned but not discussed in detail. Additionally, you can start building your character now, instead of on Monday. Major credit cards accepted for the moment, other methods will come later this week (PayPal, etc).

so, i can pay when paybycash comes online, play until then, and not get my account reset in the meantime/when my account upgraded.. Will i get preorder status if i wait until i can use paybycash, or is that just if i pay before midnight by credit card.?

i tried my friends VISA international and it didn't work. then i tried her VISA local (that's not really supposed to work) and it was ok.
i am confirmed now. please check if you actually received the money (i am not really sure how this works) and in case there is a problem please notify me on email or ingame.

in a few days i will have the receipt anyway so i should know pretty soon anyway.

Is there maybe a way to put keep your beta status, but still not buy the game till summer? Lets say, right now, that school and other stuff is kind of overwhelming, but I might be buying the game for the summer. Is ther a way I can buy it in the summer (say for 3 months) and still have my beta flag checked and get nifty ingame benefits?

Right now, theres not much I can do other than send a 20 pound note in the mail... =/

grunadulater, we won't delete your account and it won't lose its beta status -- the signup date is stored, and we know when the beta started and when the release date was, so it's easy to sort out who's a pre-beta tester, who's a beta-tester, and who's a retail customer. We're not planning on deleting the existing accounts.

UncleDave, PayByCash will allow you to do that once I get it working. Probably not in time for pre-ordering though, and I apologize for not having that set up sooner.
