What happen to the HUD? On the featured screenshot are more like information, Is it on development?

The HUD you see in the featured screenshots is the HUD we have had for a long time.

The HUD in some of the screenshots is old.
It uses the old font and has bounty information.

Please, enlight me, what happen to the usefull info like my ship status, is it forgeted?

Your Ship status is still there. The only time that changes is when you are part of a group - then it changes from a diagram and percentage to a bar graph.

Bounty information and score are gone because we no longer have a bounty/score system. That was scrapped in favor of the skill/rep system.

Money is no longer listed on the HUD. It was sort of unnecessary there anyway.

Money is still listed on the HUD.

So, to recap,
Bounty and score information from the ship description area as well as the target information area was removed as useless when score was eliminated.

The "old" universe map was removed - for obvious reasons.

The font was changed based on suggestions. (I think)
