Where in god's name can I find the bot's to complete that mission? Sector please... thanks for reading

Have you done the tutorial mission? Well, if not, then do it. Anyhow, press n to bring up the map. Then click on sectors until you find one that says it has bots of the type "Orun Collectors". Fly there and kill them.
