Heh, the interface has been keyboard-only for so long that we just got used to it and forgot. You're right, it should be mouse-able.

That's why I suddenly see the lod changes. That means I was on the highest setting all along. Man you guys drive me crazy... :P

20/20 is the Best LOD. As in the most detail.

And Icarus: I know about the rendered thing. But very high has spinning planets! How can you not like it?

Need more info badboy, you sure its not your eyes? Since ya just posted in the EnB players thread saying everything was all blury? :-)

I'm guessing that he's on an LCD display; Vendetta runs at 640x480 by default. baddoy, you need to increase Vendetta's resolution to whatever the native resolution of your monitor is.

baddoy I had the same problem when I first logged on, it was in my screen resolution. I had to change it to custom 800x600 16bit and it looks great now...hope this helps :-)

Just wait until you play it 1280x1024 32-bit. :P

To the rest of you: Make sure your texture depth matches the color depth of your resolution. So if your resolution is set to 800x600-16, texture depth should be 16-bit. If you use 800x600-32, texture depth should be 32-bit.

I do have all the settings at highest, but the graphics dont look good enough to me, especially on the ships, I think the ships should have more detail, maybe even a way to identify what guns are on the ship from the outside? id like to see at least one missle launcher rack on my wraith instead of the missles coming from nowhere.

I did read somewhere, that the devs were thinking of releasing a graphics patch.

Which would improve the graphics for people with 256mb graphics cards.

I also think they will tweak it as times go by, this is not a finished product remember and hopefully never will be.

Whens the graphics patch? luckily I have a 256meg card :P

Um, how about whenever waylon finds the time to make it? Maybe sometime after release...

I cannot change the options either but i put my hands in the .ini file and at least i manage to change resolution. Still cannot put AA

AA can only be enabled if the driver is DirectX... And it can only go up to 4X anyway. For anything else, use your driver control panel. ATi does have one, doesn't it?
