Well seems to me that a lot of the players of other online space multiplayer games have came to the light.I was beta tester first phaze with E&B and looking forward to a long life here with my friends.
Sure why not... Hi I'm Talos and I'm new here. I've come from many many games. Heard about this game by exploring the web and found this( was gettin bored of game i am playing currently). I always interested in Space MMORPGs and like to have a great chance in experiencing this game myself. Any tips or comments about the game so far that the vets here would like to convey to me please do tell.

New to VO, old to most everything else. First machine was an Atari 800. Had many consoles and clones inbetween. Been playing MMORPGs and FPSs for... well... since they were invented... really, MUDs, MUSHs, MUSEs, Doom, you name it.
Heard about VO from an EnB board (Played EnB for the best part of a year on release). Thought I'd check it out since I like the space scene and have been really burnt out on the dungeons/dragons/beastie thing.
Beta'd SWG and subscribed (not on launch... had too many issues then, etc.). SWG got old quick due to lack of content et al.
Bah, that's a good enough start. Looking forward to checking out VO. My torrent d/l is complete, but I'm trying to finish reading some autoconf/automake docs and such (between reading this forum lol) before I pass out from sleep deprivation =).
G'night all and cya out there in a few hours.

Greetings everyone!
I recently received my email and I am looking foreword to testing this wondrous looking game.
I am not new to MMOs having played Shadowbane, a touch of Lineage II, WoW, etc
I'm glad to be part of this community and hope to provide my best to the game's development.
Thank you for your time,
Orihalcon

If it was Elite Plus, or released after it, and a Space sim, I've played it.
Been watching the game for a good 9 months or so.
Most recently a veteran of Tachyon: The Fringe, and Jumpgate: The Reconstruction Initiative.
Here I was, resigning myself to another walk through the FS2 and IWar2 campaigns, and I get the email finally. Thank you, Vendetta, for not forcing me through the 5th time through the campaign for each :D

Another new player here, I have allways been a fan of the space sim genre from Elite on my BBC Micro to the last good space sim on the pc Independence War 2.
Really looking foward to some great space combat grubbing cash from the trade runs :)

Hi Im Stiff!
I was a huge Wing Commander fan back in the day... it was the only game I played for years. I then got on to MMORPGs after WC kinda went away.
Best of both worlds this seems!

I'm new, and I'm willing to give Vendetta a try. I've heard both good and bad said about the game... we'll see once the download finishes.
Harry reporting for pilot training !
I've been looking forward to this game for a while.
Beta tested E&B and EVE, then stuck with E&B and played for a over a year and a half (on Andromeda).
I remember playing Elite on my 'Acorn Electron' (BBC Micro's little brother) ... wow now i'm showing my age.
See you all in-game,
All the best
Harry

Hello All,
I'm one of the nomads roaming the internet looking for a "good" space based MMO. I was in the EnB beta, played for a few months in retail, and gave Eve Online a try once it went retail. Various aspects of both games caused me to leave them. I am a space flight sim buff starting with Elite on the C64. I've played just about all Space sims for the Commodore 64 then the PC/playstation/xbox. The wing commander series especially captivated me, and I love everything about the series (except the horrible, horrible live-action wing commander movie. :P)
I'm an MMO addict as well, having played and tested too many games to force my mind to list this late at night. :)
I look forward to meeting and playing with you all in game.

Brocklesnar from Earth and Beyond Pegasus server, also known as Thehurricane. Good to see some old players of ENB here already!
Hey my names Dylan, I'm a big fan of strategic space games, and a advocate of Linux so hopefully this will be my utopia :)
Danbetheroy, formerly pegasus of E&B. thanx for the invite. look forward to being here for a long time. :)
Greetings all!! I've been waiting along time for the beta and I can't wait to check it out! Hope its as fun as Jumpgate used to be! :D
