Strategy First (Vendetta Publishers) Gone Bust!!!!

I notice that Strategy First (the Vendetta retail publishers) have gone bust. Apparently they filed for Chapter 11 bankrupcy in late August owing circa $5million.

How does this effect Guild Software and Vendetta Online?
