3 posts up he already said the answer... so assuming you missed that post, you had a pretty good guess...
i guess i'll try to model it in ldraw and make a building instruction, if that's alright with you verd...
Sure. Some pieces might be hard to see though.
indeed. plus some of the pieces haven't been made for ldraw yet (specifically the turbines). i'll see what i can do.
Oh yeah I made version of the maud on Brickshlef if anyone wants to see it heres the linky! http://brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=78011

OK, Celkan... it's a Viper from BG and the original Jupiter 2 from LIS.
[edit] ooops, didn't see the answer... HA![/edit]
p.s. it's a not-so-good X-303. It has 2 verticals and yours appears as a tri-wing

Actually, the model is about as close as I could get with only black pieces.
It isn't tri-wing. the lower "wings" are the hyperspace nacelles, and the upper wing is the platform on which two of the the turrets would sit.
What do you mean by "verticals"? If you mean the center fuselage's width, then yeah, it was for compatibility with other pieces.

No, the 303 is shaped like an "H" where your's appears to be an upside-down "Y".
And, no... everything in my life is NOT upside-down :D

H-shaped? Pffft. Looks more like this from above (each spot representing a square tile on LEGO terms):
