I'm about to release some software that I created under a beta-testing program. I would like to use a modified version of the Guild Software License (if that's all right with the devs).

I am curious about the use of the term "international treaty provisions" - what provisions are these? How did you guys draft this license? Do you have any advice for someone wanting to write a license? (mmm, free legal advice)
