I'm having trouble finding recon bots, anybody give me a clue in on where they're hidin'? been to many a sector but only come across assaults, guardians, sentries, and drones

Recon bots are too easy to blow up and not worth the reward. Eventhough they have a very slim profile, it takes two shots from a newbie gun to blow it up.

well the problem is my advanced combat training tells me to go destroy one, but haven't found any :(

what sector are the bots in... are they in every sector but i just havent explored the 16 by 16 board enough to find it

you can find the easy ones, so drone 1 and drone 2 and sentry in the advanced pilot and pilot apropiate designated sectors. just browse the nation homesystems and look for those names. Youll find it pretty fast, trust me ;)

I've been in all the sectors in Sol II that have something like planet/debris/roids in them and nothing but Sentries, Drones, and others one, no Recons yet

A: try looking in all sectors. mabye one of them is not designated and you can find a recon there.

B: go to a deferent universe. but what you need to look for is a sector where it says "Serco monitored" or what ever nation you are (for solII i think it's serco)

But do not expect more then 1 Recon in there. (each)

All systems don't have all types of bots.
Some sytems are better to hunt some types of bots but not alls bots.
You should explore more than a system if you want all types of bots.

Devs: maybe you could put Drone I,II and recons in a few sectors, for those people who want to do combat training =)
