I am sorry if this topic was brought up again, I just came from a 3-4 month idle time of vendetta. I read the "In Progress" and was amazed of how many solar system and sectors are going to come. Are there any new nation going to come for these new solar systems, like one nation own one solar system ... well that be like 30 nations :P. Just wondering. Well see you all online.

I'm fairly postive John has said a few times that the current faction setup was intended for the new universe. I'm sure it'll be tweaked though.

The three major nations have control of the largest areas of the universe (several systems each). Other fringe factions have control over single systems or parts of systems. Some systems are largely unclaimed.

Actually, sectors 666, 200, 401, 403, and 404 all fall within serco space. Of course, that'll be totally transparent to you players, because linearly numbering sectors for the entire universe like that makes it hard to navigate.

Well, Sector 404 was lost in a server crash (or something). And then the Devs found it and relocated it back to Serco :P.


Does anyone have screenshots of 404 and 405? I miss those sectors :(

Since I have more throw weight (as if) I claim s666 and will openly fire on any non-Serco and non-trader there! HAHAHAHAHAHA...wait, no

666 is claimed on the basis that it falls under the boundaries of the Serco Dominion and in service to my nation, I must regard s666 under Serco Dominion control. Any attempt to violate the sector's sovereignty will be seen as a prerequsite to war. We hope that we will not impede the honest pilots in their duties but any attempt to stake claim to s666 without express permission from Serco High Command, transmitted via National Channel Chat, will result in open hostility. This is your only warning to future events.
