I have so far recieved a combat 3 license, a cargo 1 license, a light weapons 1 license, and a heavy weapons 0 license. Can someone tell me how to get your light and heavy weapons points up? One more quesion: if you travel to different sectors, can you buy different ships? Currently i have a wraith light bomber...

You have to kill more bots. Unappetizing as it sounds, that's the easiest way to up your light and heavy weapons.

take combat missions, that will level your skills faster than freelance botting. Also, I'm not sure if you can or not at your rank, but group combat missions are lots of fun and a good way to level.

Yeah, once you kill 50 II bots, your bonus is about 1050 combat points per 5 bots, and about 400? heavy/light points. However, once you get up to 75 II bots, you stop getting bonuses.
