Hello all -- just found out about Vendetta. I was wondering if any of the folks here are Jumpgate players (current or former). I was a JG beta-tester and am still playing 3 years later. But this game looks very interesting. I hope the Guild guys learn from Netdevil's mistakes (as well as from their successes).

The only bottom line about this game is that it uses Auto-aim enabled by default in the game.

I hear a lot of JG players seem to hate auto-aim because they are used to the pure skilled based type game.

Though the combat system in vendetta makes it a little easier for the newbies as such.

Anyways, this game looks pretty descent. Though the flight engine with its freespace style(ships flying slow) and going into combat is not suitable for me unless if I use a valk.

You can use /set autoaim 0 if it troubles you.
