his score increase was only to make it noticeable that the Serco Dominion is not the middle of every area for each nation to compete in. Itani have the caps, and will always have the people, Serco now has score, and NT has the money, and it shall remain so!... i hope!

yes but if we all poor, then who is really poor? Everyone would have 0creds, and that means noone is rich, so how can you be poor if noone is richer than you?
