will i have to make my chars from scratch meaning will i have to make a "new char" or will my already existing chars be just set to "0"?

Defy, in all the resets I've heard about. The only thing reset is score and bounty and the stats. The chars remain, but all values are reset to 0

otherwise people will be on first after the reset and make a tag called: Phoenix or Icarus etc.
and many many people will be a bit annoyed

What time is the reset set for now? Originally I heard that it was going to be yesterday...

Note the "Hopefully" and the "next week". That's not a week from Monday 4/19, that's *sometime* in the next week following the post (this week)....*maybe*.

on the other hand it could be a month from now like the reset of last fall that took a month to get underway from the date of the In progress

a1k0n and Incarnate last night said that the reset is due tonight, hopefully.
