i'm not having problems any more because i took all my money out, where it will stay until your ISP gets it's act together.

i do have one suggestion regarding your ISP though...
unfortunately i've forgotten most of it, but it had something to do with "end" and "contract"

sporadic, he might not have a choice. We're no longer under contract with Verizon, but we're paying 40 a month for 768/128 ADSL. Why? Because Comcast and RCN are incompotent arses and are too lazy to string the couple yards of fiber to connect our complex to the line they have on our street... -.-
