My website has been removed dur to a content complaint someone made...Whoever that was...you will die.

Thus, the DSG has no website, and is probably gone forever.

I lost the site. I did not have a current backup, since it was scheduled to do that next week and I threw out my old box and zero filled the HDD.

The complaint was that I was hosting warez and porn, and the files were planted onto my server at some point - I don't know when.

I was obviously hacked, as the forums also quit working suspiciously - Magus can attest to that.

I am not planning on putting up a new DSG sait at this time, however if and when the DSG returns, I will host the forums.

The images maybe. But I doubt the actual source would make it. I can check my cache later this weekend.

might wanna check now, how long before your computer clears it?

Use google fast, they cache the source too, unless it's php.

Let all of us fellow players do all we can to help! It's not like DSG ever did anything excessively bad, if they even ever did ANYTHING bad. If you ever find out who it is, i have a phone number of a good hitman:P

ahh legitimate complaint. Still as a hoster, I'dve given you time to remove the files and/or plead your case. Welp, hope you all have learned a valuable lesson. ALWAYS have a current backup of your site(s) ON your computer. AND if you can afford it, have it on TWO computers.

crazydeb8r, i think i've browsed the dsg site recently.. what was the url?

since im running behind a proxy (much more efficient for us poor 56k users =p) it'll have cached the html and the like.

would be happy to dump the cache if you want it, though all dynamic server side code'll be gone =(

Unfortuantely, the whole page was in PHP and flatfiles so I could easily change it...so it sucketh much. don't worry, I found aback up though :-D

And yes arc, I'll email it to you later today, it's about 300k zipped, and I think it still has all the admin stuff in it (It is the copy from my server) so you'll need to clean it out..in fact I'll do that first come to think of it ;-)

and I have the webspace back.

Oh and Magus: Problem semi solved. We found who it was, and it was gang-related.
