Was today's (2/29/04) outage a stability problem or did it have something to do with "Leap Day"?

Its the server calling out to its minions. And they thought they had the day off. muahahhahahah

! I thought this was fixed. Well, here we go again with valgrind...

no sign of the server being up - i'm still getting connection time outs.
