The system doesn't send me any mail to reset the credentials. I used the same mails, so it's strange. Is there a way to recover my account ?

The system can only send you credentials if the information in the account is correct. If there's no email address of record, or the email address is not what you think, or the username is not what you think, it will send nothing.
We cannot have the system print "No such account name" or "No such email address" on your website query, because people will then use that negative-response to run queries attacking the website to try and figure out valid usernames and email addresses (people do try to attack the website on a regular basis, to gain information).
So, as a result, the website provides no confirmation or denial that any information you enter is correct. But, you only receive the information to recover the account if whatever you provided was correct.
In my experience, 99% of the time people have forgotten that they used a different address than they believed, or they forgot their account name and confused it with their character name, or visa versa. It's almost always a "recollection" issue on the part of the player. We do send an email for any new confirmed account that has a proper email address, called "Vendetta Online Signup Verification" which comes from noreply@vendetta-online.com. So, you can search historical inboxes for that email.
