Yes; write a support ticket here https://www.vendetta-online.com/x/support under game and detail the changes you want made there.

Not sure what the wait time is for tickets atm but it'll probably be taken care of in a week or so depending on the devs schedule.

If you're in a rush you can just make a new account/character depending on how far along in the game you are there's a good chance that'll be faster than waiting for someone to pick up your ticket.
