To the VO Moderation team.
am first off going to say. I don't mean to slam and moderation staff. Hell after these years of playing vendetta I didn't mean to piss anyone off, but it seams I did and the few that I pissed of were the wrong people to piss off.
so am going to say whistler, incarnate, luxen and everyone else in the moderation staff... am sorry. I've said things that the I shouldn't of... many things...
And I bet whistler is just waiting for the time for me to slip up. So I've decided to save everyone of the moderation staff the headache of my discord shenanigans I'll just leave on my own.
I still hope I can play VO to escape the real world. But am not sure, I think I've dug my hole to deep. And I hope one day I can fill that hole.
I just hope my face will be welcomed to the VO server another day.

Nope. You might rub the the moderation team the wrong way but you're good fun. And regardless, you haven't caused any real harm by saying mean things on the internet. Just chill for a few days and then come back. I'm sure everyone you think you've upset is just doing their jobs. Luxen has to shake his fist at you, it's his job. Same with Whistler, who even you know is a pretty calm guy. And as for Mr.Bergmen I will say this... I can't imagine a world where that guy remembers who individual players are, even the few alpha and beta players who are still here, he probably couldn't tell you who is who. You've been a bad kitty lol and it's their job to give a little punishment or maybe a little negative reinforcement. But I'll give you a little positive reinforcement for sticking around.

Being an old player doesn't grant you the license to violate Rules of Conduct:-
1).Foul language is not permitted, in any language. :-Excessive use of foul language in an inappropriate context, including swear words, real-world racial slurs, and other language that is not consistent with the science fiction environment and designed to hurt, will be considered a disruption. The existence of the filter (game options) is not a license to be profane.
2). You may not harass or threaten other players. :- Harassment is defined as specifically targeting another player or group of players to harm or inconvenience them. As harassment can take many forms, the Guide involved will make a determination as to whether or not a "reasonable person" would feel harassed and act accordingly.
3). "Role-playing" does not grant license to violate these rules.
I'd also like to quote what incarnate said in this thread:-
"That's like someone jumping on Discord and saying "XX is a necrophiliac! That's my theory and opinion! Prove me wrong! Freedom of speech!". That isn't okay, that's insanity.
These systems, like Discord, are intended for the communication of people playing our game, adhering fundamentally to the Be Nice Policies, as laid-out explicitly in the access request thread. They're intended to help newbies, and generally improve the ability of the game's community to positively interact.
Some people seem to have forgotten that developing an Opinion does not make it okay to say anything you want, any time you want, especially on a medium that is explicitly not free and is intended to further positive, friendly communication about a fundamentally "corporate" game title.".
Strict actions should be taken against such individuals who keeps repeating same behaviour over & over again after getting warned by both /Reports & Guides/Mods. Such players are promoting toxicity in game & making it seems that such behaviour should be acceptable because they like it.

"Old" or not in my opinion I've managed to some how break all of the 3 roc's above yet I have not received direct warnings from Inc I have received warnings form other moderation staff. So at this point there may not even be a direct warning just a discord ban.

I never said that if I was considered "old" that the ROC doesn't apply to me. I know ROC applies to everyone , so I have no excuse for "harassing" the moderation staff. As I said before "I hope I can still play VO to escape the real world"

Well, as I mentioned in our last direct communication, the best place to start is to identify the problematic behaviour and stop doing that. You sound genuinely remorseful, so I'd suggest just following the prior advice, and we'll see how that goes. Focus positively on the future, and adhering to that goal.
Whether Luxen had a bad day, and responded poorly, doesn't actually negate demnicat's behavioural history.. which seems to be demnicat's main cause for concern here.
In any case, I have no current plans to ban demnicat; but speaking more generally, I am becoming increasingly intolerant of "repeatedly" bad behaviour. This isn't personal to him, it's true in general, and upcoming changes to our Report system, and other mechanics, will probably make that clearer.

Regardless of personal recollections, incidents of behavioural issues (that require administrative response) are logged; so response to repeated problems can be escalated, and different administrators can be aware of trends over time.
But the advice stays the same.. to use demnicat's analogy: if you dig a deep hole, just change your behaviour and focus on filling it back in again. I'm pretty big on people evolving, and focusing on the future.

i have identified the problematic behavior … and it comes down to the "rants" that I have one piece of evidence are these suggestions

and the only way I can think of to stop these "rants" is to cut the line of communication(most of it ) to the moderation staff. So for my own health and Incarnates Time I have left Vendetta Online discord. And I plan to keep it that way till I see fit.

Also Luxen your "joke" in my eyes wasn't a joke it was a eye opener and I thank you for it. If it helps you sleep its not your fault its mine … if I had played by the rules … and not tried to change the rules as a player none of this would have happened … Banning a player from anything is a very harsh topic to me … as soon as you said that in voice channel I was just about to leave then I thought about what to do … so in the end you did your job.
