It says that I have to work for [insert various names here] to be able to deconstruct my Goliath, but I looked through the missions and haven't found any of the mentioned people, does anyone know what missions I have to do? Thanks :)

iirc those missions are unlocked while doing the "Party Supplies" mission tree? Not sure, but is one of the names something like "Crazy Hampta-Eggs"?

1st requirement is you need to have a goliath to deconstruct. :p

I want to deconstruct it because I have a Trident, silly :P
