I love how everyone loves to talk about how bad the community's getting and leaves and stuff, but nobody takes active steps to improve it.

I *do* take active steps to improve it. While I wouldn't say the community is doomed, by any means, I do note that more and more frequently I get nasty responses to my stock "Please do not verbally abuse players here. Thanks." messages. In fact, I just got one of those from somebody who has posted to this thread.
