Has anyone done this mission? What's involved, and what do you get back?

Not yet , but keep in mind it gives 9 days timer (216 hrs) if u abort the mission , or complete side mission.

From what I've heard, you have to run around all over the place playing hide and seek

I only took part of it because I was helping someone else. I believe it costs 30M and there is an interesting RP story line involved. This mission can only be taken once.

i am also interested in what is given back, is it the small station items that are lost? or can u lose a reactor or mmcs if so its not worth it

I started this mission and go to the point where you have to help out 2 out of 3 individuals with some tasks. It is mentioned that you may have to enter into Itani or Serco space to find an individual and complete the tasks. This is the point I stopped. I was on an Itani character that is KOS with Serco and did not want to be required to enter Serco space to be able to complete the mission and might end up loosing everything if I could not complete the mission. If you are going to be required to enter Itani or Serco space to complete, it should be listed as such, and this would make the mission unfair to our many good Serco and Itani players.
Could the one who made the mission please make it more clear about having to enter Serco or Itani space?

@Anewold I did this mission on one of my alts just for fun. You lose a reactor and a bunch of random small stuff.

@NC I'm pretty sure the Itani mission tree is different than the Serco tree. Because docking with a station is required (at least for the portion of tree I think you are referring to).

I would disagree, a lot of people who only have a goliath and want a trident but don't want to build the entire thing get a lot of value out of the mission, and gives the leviathan and its drops increased value too.

I still need some things cleared up. I am Itani and the 3 individuals it list are:

Szu-Tiang Ralel which says at end of the description of character that "you may need to dock at some Serco stations.

Maya Tellamurinen which says you will find her by engaging in teaching activities within Itani space.

Barkara Zen which does not mention needing to go to Itani or Serco.

This would be fine if I could choose the two I want, but the mission says help Szu-Tiang and one of the others. Could the maker of the mission please clarify or make changes so I can choose the two I want. I put in a ticked on this and Incarnate says best to post of Forum and maker of the mission could make things clear.

You are going to have to help Szu-Tiang, which means docking at a Serco station a few times but not right away. Pick up her thread from Valent with the mission "Party Errand".

Depending on what you do in the mission "Educational Materials Recovery", which comes after "Lesson Among the Stars", either Maya Tellamurinen or Barkara Zen will appear later in the tree.

That is the intended behavior. Nations are not equal in the game; it is a somewhat asymmetrical design.

It's not like standings changes are permanent. You can always recover them later.

Until the Blockades are cleared into Serco space and into Itani space that are there due to the Deneb War, it will be useless to try this mission. One of the missions require you to "tail" a Courier in Rhamas which heads into Ukaria and is immediately killed by the Blockade - Mission Fails.

So clear the blockade, or wait for it to leave?

I mean, he says he is itani. He can deshield all the capships and strip them of turrets while they just sit there and take the abuse. (unless something changed) Then continue the mission.

One more question about the Mission - when you make it to the end and decide to Salvage your Goli, are you obligated at that point to Build a Trident? Or are you free to do with the Salvaged items as you please?

As for killing the Blockade, the Guild I am in opposes getting involved in the Serco/Itani Wars and I would be accused by some as taking sides since this would be done on purpose. I know of some that have killed some of the Blockade ships in the past and were accused of taking sides when all they were doing was defending themselves till they could get their Dent out of the Sector.

You are free to do with the pieces as you choose.
